About me

Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’ve spent a long time trying to hold it all together. You might be someone who has learnt to stay quiet, avoid conflict, or put other people’s needs ahead of your own. You might recognise patterns that keep repeating such as people pleasing, overworking, or struggling to feel worthy of care. Growing up might have been unpredictable, and although you’ve worked hard to move forward, some of those old feelings still echo today. It can feel exhausting and lonely carrying so much on your own.

I offer a space to slow down and really listen to what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we can explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe. I welcome adults from all backgrounds and identities to a space with me that is rooted in curiosity rather than assumption. My area of focus is how the body holds our stories – that is how the things we’ve been through can shape how we carry ourselves, both physically and emotionally. With a background in Dance Movement Psychotherapy, sessions don’t have to rely solely on words. When talking feels too hard, we can explore through creativity, movement or art – whatever helps express what has been held inside. There is no expectation to be ‘good at’ art or movement – just a willingness to be curious with your creativity.

I will support you in reconnecting with your body, your emotions, and the parts of yourself that have been silenced. To help you feel more at ease in who you are and how you move through the world.

I offer in person sessions or online sessions.

What to expect:

  • Contact me to book a free 20-minute introductory video call where we will discuss you and your needs.
  • If you decide I am the right person for you, we will book a block of 6 sessions together.
  • At the end of the 6 sessions, we will review whether you'd like to proceed on a week-by-week basis.
