About me
I'm a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist and BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, offering online remote therapy and in-person therapy from my private practice based in West London.
I support children, adults and families struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, phobias and other mental health difficulties. I provide a warm, collaborative and deeply affirming space where your full identity is welcomed and valued. I have a wealth of experience supporting individuals and families to make sense of their identity and neurodiversity needs. I am sensitive to identity, sexuality and gender diversity, as well as non-traditional relationship arrangements, offering curiousity and non-judgemental conversations.
I integrate a range of therapeutic techniques (CBT, CFT, ACT, EMDR, systemic principles) based on your unique background, identity, and lived experiences. This includes adapting standard psychological tools to make them more accessible and culturally relevant, helping you to navigate depression and anxiety, without shame or judgment.
In our sessions, we will create goals, learning opportunities through psychoeducation and reflection and identify the underlying patterns and barriers getting in the way of you living to your full potential. We will look at your mental health through both a personal and systemic lens and work together at your pace to increase your confidence, build autonomy and empowerment, while developing a practical toolkit of coping skills.
Your feedback is always welcome and contributes to open communication during our work together. Previous clients have reported the following therapeutic benefits within 8 sessions with me:
- reduced anxiety
- increased self-acceptance
- increased self-confidence
- better understanding of their identity and others
- seeing things from a different perspective
- shifting unhelpful patterns that no longer help them today
- increased joy and optimism
- improved personal relationships
- courage to make decisions and self-advocate

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
