About me
I am a humanistic integrative counsellor which means I tailor my approach to your individual needs.
Being gentle with your therapy and supporting your growth in confidence to get the best out your life is paramount to me.
I have experience working with people with a wide range of mental health conditions and circumstances and from a wide variety of cultural background. These include coping with long term physical conditions and disabilities, depression, different ethnicities, disordered personalities or eating as part of a team, neurodiversity journeys, relationships challenges, stress, and trauma amongst others.

I have an advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy with the core training being in Transactional Analysis. A selection of my training experience includes:

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
