About me

Thanks for taking the time to read my profile..

If you are Feeling overwhelmed, or are you stuck in a pattern you can't quite shift? Perhaps stress has you stretched thin, or anxiety's restless hum makes peace feel out of reach. Maybe a quiet depression has dulled life's colours, or past experiences are casting a lingering shadow over the present. You don't have to navigate these challenging feelings alone, and reaching out is a sign of courage.

As your BACP accredited counsellor, I provide a compassionate, confidential, and judgment-free space where your unique story and situations(past and present) are truly heard.

My integrative approach means I don't use a single method or theory; instead, I work with my clients to hand-pick the most effective tools and insights that truly fit their evolving needs.

Many of my clients report discovering a profound sense of relief, newfound clarity, and develop the courage to make meaningful changes. They speak of feeling more grounded and equipped to build a life that truly resonates with them.

My aim is to support you to gently untangle what's holding you back, helping you gain insight and understanding. When and where necessary I can introduce practical evidence based tools which will support you to move forward with renewed understanding and confidence.

I know that reaching out can feel daunting. That's why I offer a free, no-obligation and confidential 20-minute telephone consultation. This pre-assessment is the perfect opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about counselling. I look forward to hearing from you.
