I'm an integrative therapist, this means I combine my experience in various counselling models to help you to process and understand your life experiences. I am able to provide effective coping tools to improve emotional and behavioural regulation.

I specialise in adult therapy(18+) and I offer face to face, telephone or online sessions. I firmly believe that a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship is the foundation for change.
What positive changes would you like to see happen in your life? What do you see as being the biggest problem in your life right now? Why does that make you feel angry/sad/stressed? My role is to support you in exploring these questions.
