About me
Do you feel anxious, overwhelmed, confused, lost, lonely or sad? Are your emotional difficulties impacting the quality of your life and relationships? Would you like to improve your confidence and feel more accepting of yourself? I understand that life can be very challenging. If you are experiencing recurring or ongoing difficulties, it can be helpful to speak to someone who will not judge, but work with you to improve your wellbeing. If you have a struggle, as we all do at times, help is here for you.
I successfully help individuals with a wide range of difficulties such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, recovery from a break up, phobias, weight loss and to stop smoking. I use a combination of Psychotherapeutic counselling and Hypnotherapy.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

£60 per appointment during office hours (10:30 am - 4:30 pm).
£70 per appointment for evenings and weekends.
