Hi, I am a Holistic Psychotherapist, specialising in Trauma Recovery. My approach weaves talk therapy and cutting edge somatic therapies along with nervous system awareness and Internal Family Systems to facilitate healing spaces.
My original training was an MA in Dance Movement Psychotherapy, followed by trainings in Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, Neuroaffective touch and Craniosacral Biodynamics. All these modalities inform what I offer in sessions, and are intuitively tailored to what will most support you in any given moment.
Alongside Private Practise I work as a Trauma Therapist for Khiron Clinics who are a specialist trauma clinic offering ground breaking therapy in trauma recovery.

As a Trauma Therapist and fellow traveller on the path of healing, I am accutely aware of the complexity of feelings and defense mechanisms that can play out. My hope is to offer a space where we can drop in together and meet what you are encountering in the present moment and explore and digest the past experiences that you carry.

I offer 55 minute sessions in person in Bridport or online via Zoom. I also run trauma informed groups so reach out if you’re interested in group work. I offer a 15 minute free initial phone or zoom call where we can meet each other, I can answer any questions and we can see if we are a good fit to work together.

They aim to support the development of DMP in the UK and internationally; foster communication among Dance Movement Psychotherapists (DMPs); and promote the use of DMP throughout the United Kingdom and abroad.
