About me
Hi, I’m Sarah, a Psychotherapeutic Integrative Counsellor, offering open ended therapy sessions. My approach is pluralistic, which allows me to use a number of different approaches to therapy, while being guided by you. I will walk alongside you without judgement throughout your journey, for as long as you need. I will use my knowledge and life experience to give you the tools to live a better life that you deserve.
I have known for some time that helping people in this way was my goal in life. Let me help you reach your goal. Don’t let anxiety stop you from living your best life. I can help you improve your mindset by changing those negative thought patterns and build on your confidence and self esteem.
People experience many different problems that prevent them from living a fulfilled life. Talking and sharing these difficulties is a big step on the road to recovery.
Let’s start that journey to a better life today. It’s easy just use the buttons above to email me with your initial enquiry I will aim to get back to you within 24 hours. If you’re happy, we will agree on a convenient time for us both for an ‘initial consultation’. This is a FREE 20 minute session, via Google Meet, where I will ask you your goals from therapy and we can talk about what approach/s we can use along the way. If you’re happy, ongoing sessions can then be agreed.
Face to face sessions take place at The Practice Rooms on Lower Goat Lane in Norwich City Centre. The rooms are light and comfortable with a peaceful relaxing atmosphere.
