About me

I can offer you a supportive, non-judgemental and safe space when you are finding life difficult in order for you to explore and make sense of what you are feeling; a calm space for you to feel listened to and heard.

I am a qualified, integrative counsellor and accredited member of NCPS. I have experience of working with clients from many different backgrounds, and life experiences and with diverse lifestyles.

You might be considering counselling for many different reasons and the decision to come is not always an easy one. Clients come to see me for many different reasons including: anxiety and panic attacks, depression, low self-esteem, trauma related distress, domestic abuse, bereavement, relationship or work stress.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am an experienced Counsellor (Dip Couns.) and an Accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS (Acc.). I trained and qualified as an Integrative Humanistic (person-centred) counsellor, combining talking therapy with other techniques and approaches, where appropriate. I have worked with young people and adults in a number of organisations and charities in higher education, schools and community projects.

I offer short or long-term private counselling for adults online or face-to-face in Sawbridgeworth (Herts) and the surrounding area, including Bishops Stortford, Stansted and Harlow.
