About me

I am a HCPC-registered Dramatherapist, Psychotherapist, and Clinical Supervisor offering therapy and supervision in Milton Keynes and online across the UK.

I provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where individuals can explore challenges such as anxiety, stress, burnout, low self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, chronic illness, and women's wellbeing concerns.

My approach combines psychotherapy with dramatherapy and creative methods where appropriate, recognising that some experiences can be difficult to put into words. No previous experience with creative approaches is needed, and sessions are always tailored to your individual needs.

Alongside private therapy, I offer clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists, trainees, and other helping professionals. My supervision style is reflective, collaborative, and supportive, helping practitioners develop confidence, insight, and effective clinical practice.

I offer both face-to-face and online appointments and welcome enquiries for an initial conversation to explore how we might work together

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Further information

As someone who understands the realities of living with neurodiversity, dyslexia and chronic health challenges, I recognise both the strengths and difficulties that can accompany these experiences. This informs my compassionate, flexible and person-centred approach while ensuring that every client's unique experience remains at the heart of our work together.

Many of the people I work with have spent years feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, different, or under pressure to "keep going" despite struggling internally. Whether you are managing anxiety, low self-esteem, chronic illness, workplace stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or exploring your identity and strengths as a neurodivergent person, I aim to offer a space where you can feel accepted and understood.

I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and strive to create an inclusive, accessible, and affirming environment where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.

For therapists and helping professionals seeking supervision, I offer a reflective and supportive space that encourages curiosity, professional growth, and self-compassion while recognising the realities of working in demanding caring professions.

I offer both online and face-to-face appointments and am happy to arrange an initial conversation to discuss your needs and answer any questions.
