About Sarah
Hello, I'm Sarah, a fully qualified counsellor and Accredited Registrant of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). Following a career as an NHS scientist, I pursued my passion for supporting others, having experienced the positive impact of therapy first-hand. Beyond my professional role, I am a wife, mum, and carer who believes in creating a supportive, non-judgmental space to help you discover who you are and who you want to become.

Training, qualifications & experience
- Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
