Sarah Fishburn Roberts

About me
I am a BACP registered counsellor/psychotherapist who is committed to providing my clients with a warm, non-judgemental and safe environment in which to explore the thoughts, feelings and situations that are troubling them.
Counselling is an opportunity to examine the difficulties and dilemmas we all face at various times in our lives. It enables us to gain insight and clarity and to move forward with an increased sense of identity, purpose and meaning.
I believe that counselling is about one person having the space to be truly listened to, supported and nurtured by another person. It is about human connection and relationship. Alongside my private practice, I work in an organisation that helps people with addiction and substance misuse issues.
