About me
Currently accepting new Clients!
I’m a Bristol based Psychotherapist and ADHD Coach working with individuals, couples and family relationships as set out below. Whoever you are and whatever your current situation, you are doing better than you think, you are not alone, and there is hope.
Individuals: I am passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space to build a relationship of trust with Clients. I am trained in providing an integrative approach to Psychotherapy, drawing on different techniques and ideas to provide a bespoke therapeutic environment which works for you as an individual.
Relationships: I have a direct and solution-focused approach working with relationships. Relationships have such a profound impact in our lives and it is a pleasure to work with parties in navigating the right path forward for them, be that finding ways forward together, or reaching respectful closures.
Neurodivergence: I am Neurodivergent myself and my specialism in Neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism specifically) I hope will add value to any Clients, individuals or couples, where ND is present.
Training, qualifications & experience
I began my working life training and qualifying as a solicitor. This means that I have experience working in commercial work environments and understand how these can impact wellbeing profoundly.
I decided to leave this career and retrain as a psychotherapist with Human Givens College achieving their Diploma. HGI are regulated by the Professional Standards Authority (the same board which regulated BACP) and is currently partnered with BACP and other institutions in working on new NICE guidelines to standardise accreditation of all therapists in the UK.
I also have undergone training in Couples, neurodivergence, conflict management, OCD and Narcissism.
Member organisations

The Human Givens Institute (HGI) is both a membership organisation and a professional body representing the interests of those in the caring and teaching professions who have an interest in or utilise the human givens approach. Counselling Directory register Registered Members (MHGI) and Fellow Members (FHGI), who will have completed the Post Graduate Practitioner's Assessment (Part III) and who are fully qualified to practise as a human givens therapist or counsellor. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
