About me

About me and the service I provide

I am a friendly therapist, warm, gentle, and deeply empathetic. I work with a natural Person-Centred Core, creating a safe and supportive environment where you can feel truly heard and understood. I specialise in working with individuals who are navigating a wide range of challenges, including survivors of domestic abuse, those struggling with sadness, anxiety, neuro diversity, depression, relationship issues, emotional regulation difficulties, and those with disabilities, ADHD, ASD, Tourettes, and other forms of neuro divergence.

What you can expect from counselling sessions

I believe that everyone’s journey is unique, and I am here to walk beside you as you explore and work through your personal challenges. Whether you are seeking support with emotional struggles, striving for greater self-awareness, or looking to improve your relationships, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself openly and without fear. My aim is to help you find clarity, develop healthier coping strategies, and ultimately reconnect with your inner strength.

Counselling approaches I use and what you can expect

I understand that it can be difficult to take the first step in therapy, but please know that you are not alone in this journey. I remember this initial step so well myself. Throughout our work together, you can expect a collaborative and person-centred approach, tailored to your individual needs and pace. I am here to offer my deepest understanding, empathy, and commitment as we navigate your path forward, together.

Let’s begin this journey together.

Further information

The human mind is both complex and powerful, and at times, it can feel overwhelming. Speaking our thoughts aloud can be a deeply healing experience, offering a pathway to greater self-understanding.

Navigating our inner thoughts and emotions on our own can be a daunting task. Many clients find themselves unsure of where to begin or how to share the deeper parts of themselves with someone they don't yet know. While some may speak freely, others may question if counselling is the right fit for them. Together, we can explore a person-centred and creative approach to help you connect with your inner voice – the one that yearns to be expressed but sometimes struggles to find the words.

This brings me to reflect: when was the last time someone genuinely asked you, How are you? Are you coping? What do you truly need?

I look forward to the opportunity to meet with you and begin this journey together.
