About me

It can feel overwhelming reaching out for therapy, and you deserve a space where you feel genuinely met and understood.

In my work, I recognise that our emotional experiences live not only in the mind but also in the body. Through talking therapy and, if you'd like, boxing‑inspired training, I offer a space to explore your inner world, understand patterns, and reconnect with a sense of clarity, presence, and possibility.

Choosing Your Pathway

I offer two therapeutic pathways, each offering a way to connect with yourself in a way that feels safe, supported, and aligned with what you need right now.

A. Counselling with Boxing Inspired Training (In Person)

Some experiences are held in the body as much as in the mind. In this pathway, talking therapy is combined with boxing‑inspired exercises, breathwork, and somatic practices. Sessions might include pad work, footwork, coordination drills, or strength‑based movement, always included thoughtfully and only when it supports your therapeutic process.

I hold fitness, PT, and boxing coaching qualifications, but this is not a fitness or personal training service. Boxing training is used to support grounding, confidence, emotional regulation, and reconnection with the body, which can be especially helpful for people who feel stuck in their heads or disconnected from themselves.

B. Counselling Only (In Person or Online)

If you’re drawn to a more traditional therapeutic experience, this pathway is centred on conversation. Together we explore your emotional world, relationships, and the patterns that may feel overwhelming, confusing, or stuck. This offers a steady space to reflect, understand yourself more deeply, and move towards meaningful change.

All in person sessions take place in a private space designed for both therapy and boxing training, led by a qualified female counsellor and boxing coach.

If something here resonates with you, you’re welcome to get in touch. We can arrange a free 15-minute Zoom call to see whether this feels like the right fit.
