About me
I am a fully qualified Person-Centred Counsellor, offering individual counselling in Southend. I am a member of NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society). I am fully insured and have a DBS.
I know how hard it can be to start this journey and find the right counsellor that fits right with you.
I offer non judgmental therapy and will give you the private space where you can talk freely about whatever has brought you on this counselling journey. In this space, you can be open and honest, receiving empathy and understanding from me.
We will work together as a team. I am not there to tell you what to do or to manage you, but sit with you, listen and explore why things are affecting you the way they are.
I have worked with a variety of clients covering different areas. These have included some of following: Anxiety, Relationship issues, Bereavement, Depression, Self-Esteem, Suicide, Family issues.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
