Are you experiencing low mood, feeling anxious or find it difficult to speak to people around you? This could have been triggered by a recent event that has thrown you off balance, or past memories that keep surfacing interfering with your daily life. At times we all need a safe space to be able to understand ourselves and the world around us.
Clients come to see me with different concerns including, but not limited to, communications issues, depression, low self-esteem, relationship with food, self-harm or childhood trauma.
My intention is to meet you as an individual and work with your specific needs while providing you with safety and support for your unique journey. I am holding a level 7 Diploma in Transactional Analysis Counselling and I practice face to face in Leytonstone E11 and Leyton E10.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
