About me
Are you struggling with anxiety, low mood, or finding it difficult to connect with the people around you? Perhaps a recent life event has left you feeling overwhelmed, or past experiences continue to surface and affect your daily life, relationships, and sense of wellbeing. Whatever brings you to therapy, you do not have to face it alone.
I believe that we all need a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can explore our thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Therapy can help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that may be holding you back.
Clients come to me with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, communication challenges, emotional eating and relationships with food, self-harm, and childhood trauma.
My approach is centred around you as an individual. I aim to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence in navigating life's challenges.
I hold a Level 7 Diploma in Transactional Analysis Counselling and offer face-to-face counselling in Leytonstone (E11) and Leyton (E10).
If you would like to learn more about how we could work together, please get in touch by email or text. I also offer a free 15-minute introductory Zoom call, giving us the opportunity to meet, discuss your needs, and explore whether I am the right therapist for you.
