About me
Hi, I’m Sabrina. I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and EMDR practitioner with over 16 years experience supporting adults with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. I offer a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space tailored to your needs, where you can feel heard, understood, and supported to make meaningful change.
I specialise in working with trauma, depression, and anxiety, including stress and burnout. I have a particular interest in supporting clients with low self-esteem and imposter syndrome, helping you to build confidence and develop a stronger sense of self. I am especially passionate about working with individuals from dual and multi-heritage backgrounds, offering a culturally sensitive and reflective space where identity, life experiences, and a sense of belonging can be explored safely.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR. I focus on both current challenges and underlying patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we will work at your pace to build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and support you in moving towards a more balanced, confident, and fulfilling life.
Alongside therapy, I am also an accredited CBT supervisor, offering a supportive and reflective space for therapists and trainees to develop strong clinical skills, confidence in their practice.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. If you feel I might be the right fit for you, you’re very welcome to get in touch. I offer a free 15 minute initial call where we can briefly discuss your needs and see how we might work together in a way that feels right and comfortable for you.
