About me
As an integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic techniques to support you effectively. My aim is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can share openly about anything on your mind, whilst working towards any goals you may have. With a caring, non-judgemental, and understanding approach, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Many of my younger clients have shared that they feel especially comfortable working with me, which I attribute to my approachable and relatable style. However, my experience spans diverse age groups, from teenagers to adults in their 50's. I've worked in settings such as charities, local councils, Children's homes, and even a prison setting. I’ve had the privilege of helping people navigate a wide variety of challenges, and each client’s journey is unique.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, I completely understand. I first experienced the benefits of counselling as a child after a personal loss, and although I was hesitant at first, the process was transformative. As an adult, I continue to prioritise my own therapy to reflect, grow, and stay grounded. My belief in the power of counselling is why I’m so passionate about helping others through it.
Counselling can be whatever you need it to be, whether you want to hit certain goals, process past experiences, explore future worries, or simply reflect on your week. Whatever you choose to bring, my role is to listen, support, and work with you towards clarity and growth. Every feeling and topic is welcome, and you’ll never face judgement in our sessions.
I understand that finding the right therapist is a big decision. That’s why I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to explore what you’re looking for and how I might be able to help. If you’d like to take the next step, feel free to call, email, or visit my website to learn more. I look forward to hearing from you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
