About me
I am a BACP-accredited Integrative Counsellor based in Weybridge, Surrey, working with children, teenagers and adults. I offer a warm, safe and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, work through life's challenges, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
I work with both neurotypical and neurodiverse clients and am committed to creating an inclusive, supportive environment where you feel accepted, heard and valued.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor our work to your individual needs. Alongside my training in Integrative Counselling, I am also trained in Play Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) for adults and children, enabling me to adapt therapy to best support your goals and circumstances.
I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, bereavement, relationship issues, stress, and the emotional impact of significant life changes. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, I will work alongside you with empathy, compassion and respect.
In addition to counselling, I offer supportive parent sessions for those navigating the challenges of raising children and teenagers. These sessions provide a confidential, non-judgemental space to reflect on your experiences, build confidence, and develop practical, positive behaviour management strategies that strengthen connection, communication and understanding within your family.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but you don't have to face life's challenges alone. My aim is to help you feel safe, empowered and supported as we work together towards greater emotional wellbeing and lasting positive change.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
