About me

For over twenty years I have worked closely with people, offering support, understanding and encouragement during difficult moments in their lives. Through these experiences I realised that what resonated with me most was listening to people’s stories and helping them feel heard and understood. I have always been naturally empathetic and deeply interested in the experiences that shape individuals. These qualities led me toward counselling, where I feel I have found a path that truly reflects who I am and how I want to support others.

Alongside counselling, I also work as a hypnotherapist. I truly believe in the transformative potential of hypnotherapy to create deep and lasting change. It can be a powerful tool in helping clients access their inner resources, shift patterns, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
