About me

Welcome, I am a Certified Play and Creative Arts Therapist working with children, young people, and their families, offering both short and long-term therapeutic support through creative, playful, and relationship-based approaches. I believe that children and young people thrive when they feel safe, understood, and accepted. My aim is to create a warm, supportive and playful space where children can express themselves in ways that feel natural to them, whether through play, creativity or conversation.

I work at each child’s pace, building relationships that help support emotional wellbeing, confidence, resilience, and self-understanding. I have a wealth of experience from working within schools, supporting young carers, developmental trauma and domestic and sexual violence services.

These experiences have given me a deep appreciation of how relationships and life experiences can impact children, young people, and families. Alongside supporting children therapeutically, I value working collaboratively with parents, carers, and professionals to help children feel supported across all areas of their lives.

I work out of my therapy room in Leominster.
