About me
I'm an experienced HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist, working online and in private practice in London Bridge since 2020. Drawing on six years of clinical experience and doctoral-level training, I offer depth-oriented therapy that goes beyond symptom management to address underlying causes of distress.
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in repetitive patterns - persistent stress or anxiety that does not respond to self-help strategies, recurring relationship difficulties, feelings of emptiness or lack of meaning, or a deep sense of not being 'enough'. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
I am a relational therapist, meaning I understand emotional distress as often rooted in early relational experiences that continue to shape how we relate to ourselves and others in the present. My aim is to help you reconnect with your inner strengths and find a way forward that feels meaningful and sustainable.
I work integratively, drawing on psychodynamic, internal family systems (IFS), person-centred, mindfulness-based, and cognitive-behavioural approaches. This allows us to collaboratively explore how past experiences influence current patterns and relationships, work with different parts of yourself and develop practical strategies for managing difficulties. Therapy is collaborative, reflective, and tailored to what works best for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I began my training with a BSc in Psychology at Goldsmiths, University of London, followed by an MSc in Mental Health Studies at King’s College London (both with First Class Distinction). I then completed a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology (DCPsych) at the University of Roehampton.
Alongside my training, I have worked across a range of settings, including private practice, the NHS, university counselling services, and charitable organisations. Through this work, I have supported both adults and young people with a wide variety of emotional and psychological difficulties.
I'm also a certified instructor in mindfulness, breathwork, and yoga.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

My first session
The first step is to contact me through this website to book a consultation appointment. This is a 60-minute introduction session to discuss what you're looking for in therapy and to get a sense of how we would work together.
I'm also happy to offer a free telephone call if you'd like to clarify any questions about how we would work together.
Following the consultation, if we decide to continue, therapy may be short-term or long-term. I usually suggest a minimum of 6 sessions in order to give the therapy process the opportunity to develop.
