Experience
I am a dually qualified Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist, and Registered Nurse specialising in supporting individuals experiencing severe stress, panic, and generalised anxiety. My clinical experience spans across both formal clinical placements and private practice, where I have spent the last two years successfully working with clients to safely down-regulate their nervous systems and reclaim control over their lives.
Because of my extensive background in healthcare as a nurse, I bring a unique and deep understanding of the mind-body connection to my therapeutic work. I understand how acute anxiety, trauma, and stress physically manifest in the body, and I use an integrative approach to address these symptoms from both a psychological and physiological standpoint.
Whether working online, via telephone, or through live text, my experience is rooted in creating a deeply grounding, warm, and highly structured environment where clients feel entirely safe to explore their difficulties at their own pace.
