About me
I am an integrative therapist, registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I work with individual adults (18+) in-person from a practice in Central London, and online via Zoom.
I offer both long-term and short-term therapy, depending on clients’ preferences and needs.
You might decide to contact me if you are:
- Struggling with confidence and low self-esteem
- Feeling lonely, empty or lost
- Experiencing difficulties in relationships
- Preoccupied by memories or feelings about childhood
- Overwhelmed by strong emotions or recurrent, anxious thoughts
- Suffering from a bereavement or loss
- Living with negative body image or disordered eating
This list is not exhaustive, and some clients I see aren’t able to define exactly what’s wrong. But they have a sense that things could be better, and they’d like help with figuring out a way forward.
How I work
I work integratively. That means I draw on a range of tools and approaches to support you towards making change.
I am particularly influenced by attachment-based perspectives and psychodynamic thinking, which highlight the significance of our early years in shaping our present experiences.
My approach is also relational. I believe that change is only possible where there is a trusting and open therapeutic relationship. So I do my best to create a space where you can feel heard and known in all aspects of yourself.
I am committed to non-discriminatory practice and welcome clients of all identities, cultures, faiths, genders and sexualities. My approach seeks to recognise the power dynamics in relationships that are shaped by the wider society we live in.
First steps
15-minute introductory call: I offer a free 15-minute phone or video call, during which we can discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, and how I might be able to support you.
Initial session: If, after this introductory call, you are interested in having therapy, then we will meet for an initial session. This will give us the chance to get to know one another a bit better. We’ll talk about your reasons for seeking therapy, and what you would like to get from it. You might have particular goals you want to work towards, or you might simply be seeking a supportive space to explore your feelings. You may also want to know about me and the kind of therapy I offer. This session is charged at a reduced rate of £50, and is entirely without further obligation.
Working together: If we decide to work together on an ongoing basis, I will encourage you to bring your thoughts, your feelings, and perhaps your bodily sensations to our sessions. Together, we’ll work to process your feelings, to make sense of your experiences, and to pave the way for gradual shifts and lasting changes.
Training, qualifications & experience
I undertook a 4-year training and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling from the Minster Centre.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and my work is guided by their ethical framework.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
