About me
In our sessions, you'll always be in charge of the direction. Whether you wish to delve into the past or focus on building strength and strategies for the future, I’m here to guide you. I primarily work with men and women who have gone through narcissistic abuse and trauma, who may be experiencing anxiety and self esteem issues, and those struggling in relationships.
I offer a safe space where you can explore your feelings and begin to untangle the challenges you're facing.
I have a deep commitment to the LGBTQIA+ community, offering queer-affirming therapy with experience in addressing issues around sexuality. Having worked with Leeds-based sexual health charities, I’m well-versed in the unique challenges faced by gay men and the broader queer community.
I offer a free discovery call, where we can discuss what you're looking to achieve in therapy and how we can work together to make it happen. Let’s take the first step toward your well-being, together.
Training, qualifications & experience
My journey into mental health began over five years ago when I volunteered with the Samaritans, and after experiencing my own struggles with anxiety and panic attacks, I decided to qualified as a Counsellor. Since then, I’ve worked for a variety of organisations:
- Leeds Mind
- BHA Skyline with the LGBTQ community
- Place2Be in secondary schools
- Shout Crisis Service
- CAMHS
Alongside this work, I see clients in my private practice, working with depression and anxiety, particularly intrusive thoughts and panic attacks.
Areas I have particular experience in:
- men and women who have experienced abusive relationships/narcissistic partners - exploring gaslighting and breadcrumbing.
- exploring infidelity/relationship issues
- those who have intrusive thought patterns and experience anxiety/panic attacks
- Bereavement, grief and loss
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
