About me
At the heart of my work is a relational approach, where the connection we build becomes central to your healing. Together, we will create a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, encouraging self-awareness and confidence.
Therapy isn’t just about solving problems; it’s about discovering who you are. By understanding how past relationships and experiences shape your present, we can work towards building deeper connections with others and, most importantly, with yourself. My approach is tailored to your needs, whether you're seeking short-term support or deeper self-growth.
With a background in physical therapy, I recognise the profound connection between mind and body. By integrating body awareness into our work, we can release stored emotions and support healing on both physical and emotional levels.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), adhering to their ethical framework to ensure your safety and well-being throughout our work together. I am committed to continuous professional development to offer the highest standard of care.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of clients across various settings, including the NHS, private practice, and the charity sector. I have particular experience working with women who have experienced coercive control in intimate relationships.
As a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor each session to meet your unique needs. I offer both short- and long-term therapy for adults from all backgrounds, within a culturally sensitive, inclusive, and affirming space.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, identity loss, low self-esteem, life transitions, relationship difficulties, codependency, fertility issues, postnatal depression, and baby loss. Whether you are seeking clarity, healing, or personal growth, I provide a warm and supportive environment where you can safely explore your emotions, reconnect with yourself, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
Sessions are available in both English and Italian.
If you have any questions or would like to arrange an initial conversation, please feel free to call me on 07970 072843 or get in touch by email.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I offer a 20-minute free phone consultation, giving us the chance to meet and for you to ask any questions you may have. The consultation provides the opportunity for both parties to decide if they would like to work together. If we decide to move forward, each session lasts 50 minutes, and you can choose between meeting online (via Zoom) or in person at my North London locations.
