About me

I am UKCP accredited Core Process Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in working with people. I'm offering individual and couple therapy to adults and young people over 16 years old.

Core Process therapy is a psychodynamic approach that incorporates achievements and tools developed by major Western schools of psychotherapy with Buddhist's understanding of human nature.

I assume that you are here because you experience some difficulties in your life and you need someone to help you to get through them. Everybody may need help at some point; either because they've lost someone, or because they met someone or they lost connection with their own sense of being. No problem is too small or too big to be brought to therapy. Sometimes we all just need a bit of courage to make that step. If you need to discuss your concerns first, please do not hesitate to contact me by email to arrange a short (up 15min) conversation by phone or Skype. This would be a free of charge session.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have MA in Core Proces Therapy. I studied therapy at Karuna Institute - part of Middlesex University.

I also have an NVQ3 in Health and Social Care and almost 20 years of experience in supervising therapists and support workers.

I mostly work with people suffering from depression and anxiety and those looking to improve a quality of their daily life.

I also work with people addicted to drugs, alcohol and risky sexual behaviours.

I speak fluent Polish.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
