About me and my therapy practice:
Supporting Men Through Life’s Challenges
About Me
I understand that for many men, opening up about personal struggles can be challenging. You may have been taught to “just get on with it” or to keep your emotions under wraps. But bottling things up often leads to more stress, anxiety, depression and a sense of isolation.
Many of my clients are professionals navigating the pressures of work and relationships, men facing major life transitions, or those dealing with challenges of intimacy and emotional connection, a relationship loss, a career path, or a sense of identity. I also work with managing anger, frustration and those who feel life has lost its sense of purpose.
Therapy offers a different path—one where you can gain clarity, develop new perspectives, and build healthier ways of engaging with life and the people close to you.
Rather than giving you all the answers, my role is to work alongside you, helping you make sense of your experiences and move toward a more fulfilling life. Together, we’ll explore not only how your past might be shaping your present but also how you can create a future that feels meaningful and rewarding.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from a variety of approaches to tailor our work to you as an individual. Everybody is different when it comes to therapy, and my goal is to offer a flexible, personalized experience that meets your unique needs. I provide a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment.
What to Expect
I offer both in-person and online therapy, making it easier to fit sessions into your schedule. In-person sessions are available in London Bridge, while online sessions are conducted via Zoom.
Sessions take place weekly at a set time, providing consistency and structure to our work. After an initial session, if we decide to continue working together, I typically recommend committing to six further sessions before reviewing progress. At that point, we can discuss whether you’d like to continue on an open-ended basis, work toward a set number of sessions, or conclude therapy.
Therapeutic Approaches
I use a blend of existential, humanistic, psychosynthesis, person-centred, and transpersonal therapies, ensuring our work is tailored to what will be most effective for you.
Take the Next Step
If you’re ready to explore how therapy can support you, I invite you to get in touch for an introductory 20 minute chat.
Your First Session
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel like a big decision. Our initial session is an opportunity for you to share what’s brought you here and get a feel for how we might work together. We’ll talk about your background, your hopes for therapy, and any concerns you might have. There’s no pressure to commit beyond this point—if either of us feels we’re not the right fit, I’ll help you find an alternative therapist who suits your needs.
The initial session lasts 50 minutes and is charged at the full rate.

Training, qualifications & experience
I gained my PDip in psychosynthesis after a career spanning 30 years working as a change agent in the corporate and social enterprise arenas, designing and delivering leadership development and transformation programs that helped individuals unlock their true potential. I supported leaders in developing greater emotional intelligence, resilience, and effectiveness, coaching them to lead with authenticity and create environments where people could thrive.
As a facilitator and coach, I guided executives, boards, and teams through experiential processes that fostered creativity, new perspectives, and personal growth. My approach was deeply rooted in freeing the mind from limitations, allowing individuals to access possibility and transformation.
Over time, my work led me to explore the deeper, often unseen, psychological patterns that shape human behaviour. This curiosity evolved into a passion for working more closely with individuals, helping them release what holds them back and step into a more fulfilling, empowered version of themselves. Now, I bring this depth of experience into my counselling practice, supporting clients in navigating change, building emotional resilience, and realising their fullest potential.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
