About me

I provide person-centred integrative, relational therapy personalised to meet your individual needs. My approach blends techniques from humanistic, psychodynamic, and behavioural therapies, allowing me to tailor treatment for optimal effectiveness. Whether you’re seeking anxiety therapy or depression therapy, my integrative approach is designed to support your journey.

Through my own personal and professional challenges, I have developed a deep understanding of the transformative power of therapy. I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space for clients to confront life’s adversities, build self-awareness and self-compassion, and adapt to evolving circumstances. I have experience working with trauma and in supporting teenagers and young adults. Additionally, I can also help individuals navigate family and relationship issues.

My journey includes caring for a parent with dementia while navigating burnout from corporate HR work. These experiences motivated me to complete my postgraduate diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy.

I offer a free 15-minute initial chat where we can discuss your needs and explore how I can support you.

If you feel ready to continue, you can book a 50-60 minute standalone counselling session for £55. This session is a chance to experience our work together, with no commitment to proceed afterward. My standard rate is £55 per session. I also run and affordable counselling services through www.truenorthcollective.co.uk.

I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a wide range of personal or professional challenges. With empathy cultivated through my own experience, I aim to provide a supportive environment for growth, healing, and positive change.

Please remember to check your junk email if you reach out to me, as messages can sometimes end up there.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
