About me
You might not know exactly whats wrong - only that something doesn't feel right. On the outside things may look fine, but inside it can feel overwhelming, confusing and hard to manage - trying to hold everything together. If you're feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply not yourself—you’re not alone, and you don’t have to face it by yourself.
People come to me for many different reasons. You might be struggling with your thoughts or emotions, finding relationships difficult, feeling lost or unsure of your direction, or noticing patterns in your life that you can’t seem to change. Sometimes, it’s not even clear what the problem is—just that something needs to shift.
Alongside my therapeutic training, I bring with me many years of experience working in demanding, high pressure environments. I have supported people through stressful events, change and conflict which gives me a deep understanding of how work pressure expectations can effect you, and your relationships, in and out of work.
Your mind is complex and adaptive. The ways you’ve learned to cope will have made sense at one time, but may now feel unhelpful or limiting. Therapy offers the opportunity to understand this more clearly and begin to move forward in a different way.
I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where we can make sense of your experiences together, at a pace that feels right for you. We’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and focus on what you want to be different.
My approach integrates CBT, REBT, and other evidence-based methods, tailored specifically to you. This isn’t just about talking—it’s about creating meaningful, lasting change. Change you can feel, and progress you can see.

Further information
I would be pleased to hear from you to arrange an informal 20 minute introduction with me online. You can chat about why you are seeking therapy and what your goals are. Most importantly, get a sense of how I work and whether you get a sense of connection with me that you feel will help you. There is, of course, no obligation following our introduction.
I currently see clients nationally and internationally online so location is not an issue.
