Some of our therapists work integratively which means that ways of working with you are tailor made to you and what you may find most helpful. Several different ways of working are used, including Gestalt Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, Attachment Theory, Inner Child Work, Creative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and working with spirituality and faith, should the client wish for that. Any way of working is always offered and not compulsory to take part in. Our therapists always work with you and the goals that you wish to make for your therapy time.

Wheelchair user access
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Whilst our premises are not wheelchair friendly or suitable for those who can't manage stairs, we do use a private room at Christ Church in Tunbridge Wells High Street.
