About us

At Resilient Wellbeing Clinic we provide psychological therapy for a wide range of mental health difficulties including anxiety and panic, chronic and recurring depression, work stress / performance, relationship issues, codependency issues, narcissism and narcissistic abuse, issues around confidence and self-esteem, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, chronic health problems, bereavement, life adjustment issues (e.g. change, loss) and more. 

We offer tailor made individual face-to-face and online therapy to help you understand what has been holding you back and creates distress. Our experienced and qualified psychologists are trained in different evident-based psychological therapies and will help you create the life you want, feeling connected and fulfilled.

Training, qualifications & experience

All of our psychologists have Doctoral degrees or equivalent qualifications and years of experience in providing tailored psychological therapy in different therapeutic settings.

All of our practitioners are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). We believe that our person-centred approach to clinical work, combined with the highest level of professionalism and years of thorough academic knowledge is what distinguishes us from other psychological services.

Our clinical team of hand-picked, highly skilled psychologists apply research evidence and theory to assess and address the difficulties you bring to therapy. They are trained in multiple therapeutic modalities and are experts in creating tailor made treatment plans for your unique difficulties, each with their own area(s) of speciality. We regularly assess treatment efficacy and ensure that all our services meet standards of clinical excellence in every aspect of our relationship with you. Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Few Simple Steps to Start Your Therapy With Us

1. How to book your free initial consultation:

Click on this link to book the best time for your initial consultation. Our Clinical Director will call you at the time you’ve selected and they will help you evaluate your needs. We will then assign to you the practitioner best suited to support you and deal with your unique difficulties.

2. Get Access To Your Client Portal:

Within an hour from your consultation, you will receive an email with access to your client portal. Sign in to your portal to book the assessment session. Once you’ve booked your assessment you won’t need to book any more appointments, a slot will be reserved for you every week at the same time you’ve selected for your assessment.

3. Start Your Therapy:

Come to see our HCPC registered, highly skilled Psychologists and begin your journey towards the life you want.
 

Our Admin team will be you point of contact a support throughout your journey at Resilient Wellbeing Clinic, from your initial enquiry to your last session.  They will manage all appointments between you an your psychologist.
