About me
I’m an integrative counsellor, which means I draw from different approaches like CBT, relational and humanistic therapy to best suit your needs. Since 2019, I’ve been supporting people in private practice as well as in community and family roles.
I offer a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly about whatever’s troubling you - whether that’s anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma, or difficulties in your relationships. I also work with couples who want to rebuild trust, improve communication, or navigate life changes together.
I understand that our struggles don’t happen in isolation. Issues like work pressures, financial stress, cultural identity, family expectations, or social inequalities can all shape our well-being. In therapy, we can look not only at what’s happening inside you, but also at the bigger picture you’re living in.
My aim is to walk alongside you - helping you make sense of your experiences, find healthier ways of coping, and move towards greater clarity, resilience, and connection in your life.
