About me

I am an experienced integrative counselling psychologist and integrative counsellor, CBT and ACT therapist, offering short term focused counselling and longer term psychotherapy in London.

Integrative counselling is a combined approach to psychotherapy that brings together different elements of specific therapies.

Integrative counselling psychologists and counsellors take the view that there is no single approach that can treat each client in all situations. Each person needs to be considered in a holistic way, and counselling techniques must be tailored to their individual needs and personal circumstances.

I am registered with Health and Care Professional Council as a Counselling and Educational Psychologist, with British Psychological Society as a Chartered Psychologist and with British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists as a Registered Member MBACP.

I work with individuals (adults, children and young people), couples and families, according to the ethical standards of HCPC, BPS, and BACP.

I undertake regular supervision and on-going CPD, and am fully insured.

Further information

LOCATION: London, Canary Wharf, E14.

TELEPHONE NUMBER: 0797 287 3993

Face to face therapy sessions are currently held at my residential address.

I also provide online face to face therapy (skype).

An initial consultation will give you an opportunity to discuss the problem, your needs, what you would like to achieve and how the therapy can help with that. I will also be able to form an impression of me and how I work.

I have evening and Saturday availability and can usually arrange to see you within the week. To make an appointment please contact me directly.

If after the initial consultation you decide to attend therapy sessions, we will discuss the days and times that suit you.

Regrettably cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice before the appointment or non-attended appointments without any prior notice are charged at the full price.
