About me
Hello, my name is Rebecca, and I am a qualified counsellor with several years of experience working with a variety of people who have had many different experiences.
I understand that sometimes life is not easy and there can be times when you may be overwhelmed with what life is throwing at you which can leave you feeling stuck, unsupported or anxious. Perhaps there has been a recent change in your life and it has caused you to feel emotional or something from your past keeps resurfacing and you feel that you will struggle to face it alone. Whatever the reason that you have found yourself seeking counselling, I can assure you that with me you will feel safe, supported and free to explore your feelings at your own pace. I can help you to navigate some of your most challenging emotions and settle at a place where you feel more able to manage them yourself. With counselling, you can build on your resilience and gain a better understanding of yourself by becoming more self-aware.
Whether you have experienced trauma, bereavement, depression or anxiety, or whether you are unsure as to why you are not feeling yourself, I have experience in a wide range of counselling topics and I am here to help you. Picking up the phone may feel difficult at first, however, please feel rest assured that you are in safe and confidential hands. Whether you feel you only need a few sessions or whether you would like something more long term, I can accommodate your needs.
