About me

AuDHD therapist for with low self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence (e.g. ADHD and autism), and anyone who has been told they’re "too much" or "too sensitive."

If you need somewhere that you can swear, rage, cry, and let it all out without masking or worrying about judgment, you're welcome to do that with me.

Your sessions with me will be relational, compassionate, and transparent. If you want someone to stay in the mess with you, read on.

I help people to develop clarity, confidence, and freedom from the weight of confusion and self-doubt.

You are the expert on your own experience and my role is as a warm, compassionate, and understanding companion to be alongside you as you explore areas of challenge and growth.

I practice in a way that is affirming of neurodiversity, cultural, sexual, and gender diversity.

You are welcome to be real in our sessions. I will do the same, because I see therapy as a real relationship. I sometimes stim, occasionally swear, and online, my cat may occasionally try to give you advice.

In-person sessions involve adjustable/dimmed lights, stim toys, and you're welcome to sit on the floor with cushions or yoga blocks.

Online sessions means that you can be on the sofa, at a desk, kitchen table, even in your pyjamas, if that's what helps you make it to the session.

What our sessions can offer you:

- Help to develop more clarity, confidence, and freedom from the weight of confusion and self-doubt

- Support to understand and heal trauma and shame responses

- Offer space to explore unmasking, build your self-worth, and explore your identity Practical ways to manage overwhelm, boundaries, and relationships

- Help in developing a deeper connection to your own needs, values, and strengths.
