About me

Life changes affect us all, but there are times when these experiences can feel overwhelming and difficult to manage alone. Challenges such as loss, anxiety, trauma, stress, and major life transitions can leave us feeling isolated and emotionally exhausted. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I am here to help you take the next step toward healing and well-being.

I am an experienced counsellor and hypnotherapist working with adults, children and young people in Brighton & Hove and online across the UK. I provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can talk openly, feel understood and begin to make sense of what you are going through

My Counselling Approach

At the heart of my work is a person-centred counselling approach, where trust, empathy and the therapeutic relationship are central to healing and personal growth.

I use an integrative counselling approach, drawing from:

Humanistic therapy
Psychodynamic therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Hypnotherapy techniques
Trauma-informed approaches
Every client is different, so I tailor therapy sessions to your individual needs, helping you build self-awareness, confidence, emotional resilience and a greater sense of control over your future.
