About me
My name is Rebecca and I am a Psychologist trained in EMDR and Play Therapy. I specialise in providing trauma informed therapeutic support to both adults and children.
I offer short and long term therapy to those with a range of difficulties including PTSD, anxiety, depression, relational and attachment trauma, EBSA, abuse, grief and loss. I am also experienced in working with neurodiversity.
My therapeutic approach is person centred, trauma informed and integrative. My aim is to support you to understand and manage your emotions, improve your relationships, gain relief from the symptoms of trauma and help you to consider a more positive future.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am qualified as an EMDR practitioner for both adults and children (EMDR Europe), Play Therapist (PTUK) and Educational Psychologist (HCPC) and I am experienced in working with individuals across the lifespan.

I regularly attend individual and peer supervision groups as well as engaging in a range of high quality CPD to maintain my professional registrations as an accredited Educational Psychologist, an EMDR therapist and a registered Play Therapist, which include working in a trauma-informed and neuro-affirmative way. I attend regular trainings to extend my current knowledge and keep up with new developments in the field of psychology and psychotherapy.
