About me

I offer therapy for Individuals and Couples/Partners that are requiring support for any Sexual, Relationship or Intimacy issues.

The themes I work within are Sexual Functioning problems, these being Erection Problems, PE, DE, Orgasm Issues, Issues with Low Sexual Desire, and Pain and Penetration Issues.

I also can offer therapy for any issues presenting from Sex and Porn Addiction and Sexual Compulsivity. Further areas I support are issues around Sexual Traumas, and problems surrounding Sexual Jealousy.

Perhaps you are looking to explore Kink, BDSM or Fetish interests and looking for some support in navigating those areas. Or maybe you have experienced issues in those areas and are looking for support.

In relationship therapy, I offer sessions for any issues around Sexual Functioning Issues, Betrayals, Affairs, and Communication problems, I can also support any themes around wanting to explore Open Romantic or Sexual Relationships, in wanting to explore Ethical and Consensual Non-Monogamy.

I am a Pluralistic Therapist and I tailor make each session to the couple or individuals I am working with. I also work within the Bio-Psycho-Social model of Clinical Sexology.

I am a Qualified Sex and Relationship Therapist and a Qualified General Counsellor who is Trauma Informed and Kink Positive. I offer psychological support for adults from the age of 18+ and I work inclusively with all Gender presentations, Sexual Orientations, Relationship Dynamics, Religious Beliefs and Disabilities,

I offer online sessions during the day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday Afternoons. I offer face-to-face sessions on Friday mornings at Heswall Spaces on the Wirral. I offer Short and Long-term Therapy depending on your needs, which you can access from the comfort of your own home or a place where you feel safe.

It is important that you feel comfortable with the person you are working with and I offer a reduced fee for our first session £50. During this time I will complete a thorough assessment with you, you get an idea of how I work, and we can see if we are a good fit in working together, moving forwards.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

COSRT
College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT)
