About me
You may be someone who manages a great deal in your daily life, yet feel quietly overwhelmed inside. Perhaps, you’re exhausted from trying to cope on your own, or unsure why certain patterns keep repeating. Sometimes the struggle is clear; at other times, it is simply a sense that something isn’t quite right.
I offer psychodynamic therapy for adults who want to make sense of what feels confusing or difficult to navigate. In our sessions, we take time to explore your feelings, your relationships, and the patterns that may keep returning, so that you can begin to understand what might be shaping your experience and find your own way forward with greater clarity.
I work with people who may be experiencing anxiety or depression, or who feel stuck, uncertain, or at a crossroads in their lives. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and begin to make sense of things at your own pace.
Areas of Interest
I work with life transitions, including separation, divorce, bereavement, and questions around parenthood or infertility.
I support clients navigating menopause and perimenopause, and the impact these transitions can bring.
I also support clients in exploring the impact of early experiences, including adverse upbringing or intergenerational traumas, and the patterns that may continue to shape how you experience relationships and yourself.
My practice includes work with those affected by emotional or psychological trauma, including experiences of abuse.
I am a culturally informed therapist and work with clients navigating cross-cultural identities, cultural expectations, and feelings of obligation or guilt.
I welcome clients who identify as neurodivergent and wish to explore their emotional world within a supportive therapeutic space.
Sessions
Sessions are offered online or in person, on a time-limited or open-ended basis depending on your needs. I provide a safe, confidential space to explore your current challenges and, where helpful, the past experiences that may shape them.
If this resonates with you, you’re welcome to get in touch for a free 15-minute initial conversation to see how I might support you.
You don’t have to make sense of this on your own, do get in touch.
Sessions are available both in person and online. I offer in-person therapy in Hertford, St Albans town centre (AL1), and Letchworth, as well as online sessions.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
