About me

As a pluralistic counsellor, I understand that each person’s journey is unique, and I offer a flexible, client-centered approach to therapy. Whether it's through talking, creative expression, or a combination of both, the space I offer is yours—a place to share your story, be heard, and feel safe.

I draw from various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centred, and psychodynamic techniques, tailoring our sessions to meet your specific needs. Together, we’ll explore patterns of behaviour and emotions, working towards cultivating self-compassion and deeper self-awareness.

I have experience working with both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals, as well as young people (aged 11-18) and adults, offering support through life’s challenges—whether you’re dealing with bereavement, anxiety, self-harm, depression, low self-esteem, friendships, or exam pressures.

I'm aware that going to therapy can feel scary and takes courage, but you don’t have to face it alone. I am here to support you, creating a compassionate space where we can work together to help you feel more in control and empowered on your journey.
