About me

Hi I'm Rachel, and I would just like to begin by welcoming you to my profile today. The decision to begin therapy may be a big step for you, and can bring with it many questions and uncertainties. I hope this page can begin to answer some of those questions, and if you feel you would like to know more, I offer a free introductory session, to help to get to know each other and to see if we are a good fit. It is important for you to feel comfortable to share your thoughts and feelings with the therapist you choose to work with.

I work online and in person, in both an indoor and outdoor setting. I offer short or long term counselling at different frequencies (weekly, fortnightly etc.), so that we can tailor the therapy to your specific needs and preferences.

The thoughts and feelings that you have around what has brought you here today are unique to you and I hope to offer you a place where you are able to feel safe to talk about and explore them at your own pace
