About me

Hi I'm Rachel, and I would just like to begin by welcoming you to my profile today. The decision to begin therapy may be a big step for you, and can bring with it many questions and uncertainties. I hope this page can begin to answer some of those questions, and if you feel you would like to know more, I offer a free introductory session, to help to get to know each other and to see if we are a good fit. It is important for you to feel comfortable to share your thoughts and feelings with the therapist you choose to work with.

I work as a Person Centred Counsellor, providing a space for you to begin to understand and process your thoughts and feelings without judgement. I work online and in person, in both an indoor and outdoor setting.  I work indoors in both Edinburgh City Centre and Stirling,  I am also able to meet outdoors in and around Edinburgh and I can work online with individuals from any location. I offer short or long term counselling at different frequencies (weekly, fortnightly etc.), so that we can tailor the therapy to your specific needs and preferences.

The feelings and experiences that have brought you here today are unique to you and I hope to offer you a place where you are able to feel safe to talk about and explore them at your own pace
