About me
Hello, my name is Rachel, and I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. As an integrative counsellor, I draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring my work to meet the unique needs of each individual. I believe that every person is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counselling. By combining techniques from various counselling modalities, I aim to help clients gain greater self-awareness, develop resilience, and work towards positive change.
I work with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, grief, and life transitions. My goal is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to achieve their personal goals.
I am passionate about supporting people on their journey towards emotional well-being and personal growth, providing a safe and confidential environment in which they can explore challenges and discover their strength.
I work as a school counsellor part-time throughout the week. I can offer appointments Monday day/evening and a Wednesday evening.
I welcome you to reach out.
