About me

Hello, my name's Rachael and I'm a qualified pluralistic counsellor, specialising in person-centred counselling. I offer individual sessions for adults and young people in a safe, supportive and relaxed space, to help deal with the complexities and challenges of life. Together, we can work to find solutions and enable you to flourish and feel like yourself again. Sessions can be in-person or remote as preferred.

In addition to adult counselling, I have worked in schools for over 20 years and more recently with university students, assisting students aged 8 into adulthood, to bloom, grow and overcome a wide variety of personal and academic issues. I am a trained and experienced autism spectrum mentor and tutor.

I can help teachers, adults, students and young people to manage a wide range of personal and professional difficulties.
