About me

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I understand that taking the initial step of seeking support is often the hardest part of the journey and having the courage to ask for help takes incredible strength, so good on you! I believe that everyone deserves the chance of a brighter and fulfilling life and with the right skills, resources and support, the possibilities of personal growth and development are limitless.

With over 18 years of experience working in the NHS and a homelessness charity, I have had the privilege of working with young people and adults from a range of backgrounds and varying difficulties from trauma and emotion dysregulation to depression and anxiety. Having trained in a number of therapies, there is many treatment options available.

I work with people who feel stuck in painful patterns, in their thoughts, relationships, or sense of self, and help them make sense of why those patterns exist, not just how to manage the symptoms. Drawing on evidence-based psychology and a deep, relational approach, I offer a warm, non‑judgemental space to explore your history, identity, and current struggles with care and curiosity. Together, we gently uncover the emotional and relational dynamics shaping your life, build your capacity for self-awareness and self-compassion, and support you to create more grounded, authentic and fulfilling ways of living and relating.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified Counselling Psychologist and am trained in a number of therapies including EMDR, DBT, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Schema Therapy, DDP 1&2 and CBT to name a few.

I use an integrative approach with an attachment lens focus to my work because we know therapy is not one size fits all so finding a way forward that fits your needs and goals is vital.
