About us
We offer both INDIVIDUAL and COUPLES THERAPY from a qualified, accredited, and extremely experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor.
As an organisation, we are passionate about providing clients (whether men, women or children) with access to the therapeutic care they deserve. With almost two decades in practice post-qualification, our Counsellor Annie has vast experience in a range of client needs. Appointments can be either online or face-to-face within our dedicated therapy room.
All clients have differing needs and Annie's considerable experience ensures that you will be treated as an individual and in a non-judgemental manner. Our therapy sessions offer a confidential space to share your thoughts, feelings and concerns, so you can take steps towards a happier, more resilient you. We will support you throughout and, by the end of your programme, you’ll gain a greater understanding of your emotional wellbeing and have the coping skills to lead a healthier life.

TRAINING
It is a requirement of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society that regular training is undertaken in respect of all aspects of mental health in order to ensure the most professional service. As a result, training over recent years has included (but not limited to) the treatment of anxiety, shame, trauma, self-harm, suicide and abuse.
With research over recent years highlighting the positive impact that talking therapy can have in the management of menopause related symptoms, we also provide menopause specific counselling following training received from both The British Menopause Society and Brighton Therapy Partnership.
