About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist, Chartered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
I work with adults (18+) experiencing emotional, behavioural and mental health problems.
I have a particular interest in working with people with longstanding psychological difficulties such as attachment issues and early childhood trauma. I am also highly interested in working with anxiety and depression; sexual health problems (e.g., erectile difficulties, painful vaginal sex); and relationship difficulties.
I draw from a number of therapeutic modalities such as third-wave CBT (i.e., Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), as well as integrating psychodynamic and systemic approaches to my work. I also have experience offering psychosexual therapy.
In-person and remote and sessions offered.

British Psychological Society

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
