About me
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to make sense of what they're going through. You might be carrying pain that's hard to put into words - experiences that feel confusing, heavy, or too much to manage alone.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, burnout, trauma, low mood, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or others, I offer a space to slow down and begin exploring what's really going on. Drawing on CBT, trauma-informed, and integrative approaches, I tailor our work to what you actually need - so that over time, things can begin to feel clearer, lighter, and more within reach.
I'm an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with trauma-informed training, supporting adults through anxiety, OCD, social anxiety, depression, trauma, low-self esteem, burnout, childhood difficulties and eating concerns. My approach is kind, collaborative, and tailored to your pace and values. Together, we can understand what's been getting in the way and work toward clarity, relief, and meaningful change.
Taking that first step toward therapy can feel daunting - especially if you've been carrying things alone for a long time, or haven't felt truly heard before. You don't need to have it all figured out to reach out. Therapy isn't about fixing you; it's about making space to understand your story, at your own pace. If you're curious or simply ready to explore, I'd love to hear from you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am an accredited CBT therapist with experience supporting adults across a wide range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, bereavement, relational difficulties, and more complex presentations. My training and clinical experience have equipped me to work thoughtfully and effectively with clients whose needs may not fit neatly into one category - meeting each person with the care and attention their unique story deserves. I have a particular interest in working with migrants and asylum seekers, understanding the unique challenges of navigating loss, identity, and belonging in a new country. Sessions are available in both English and Turkish.
