About me
Hi I'm Paul, an accredited counsellor providing one-to-one sessions in person, online, and by telephone. I offer targeted interventions to address any immediate crisis or overload as well as longer term support and exploration of deeper, more complex and persistent issues. My practice focusses on navigating profound life challenges such as loss, anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship and family problems. Drawing on both lived experience and trainings in Integrative Counselling and NLP my approach is calm and fully engaged - creating an opportunity for relief, release and self-acceptance. Trust and confidentiality are assured. In my sessions you can speak freely and feel truly heard as you gently move towards change.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
