I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist and offer both short-term and long-term therapy for clients. I have a psychodynamic core but also have extensive experience in person-centred counselling.
I strongly believe that my clients hold the answers to their problems. I will help you to unlock those answers and find your own route to acceptance and resolution. As such, therapy will be designed around your needs and will follow the journey on which you embark. I believe that life throws challenges at us at all ages and that we can all continue to grow and benefit through therapy and self-knowledge. I can help with any type of issue including anxiety, stress, grief and trauma

I am working online via Skype and Zoom. Appointments are available during the day, in the evening and on Saturday mornings.
I also offer Mindfulness sessions to help you to cope with your difficulties. This can be experienced either during the session or separately.
